superb staff complimentary fruits
I celebrated an important family occasion. The staff are superb, alongside the great facilities. Danny from the pool area gave complimentary fruits for my husband's birthday. He was accommodating and always checked on us.

Olea had Marco greeting customers with a smile. Oshiwar helped me prepare a birthday cake for my husband during our dinner. Abdul gave his best service to us while dining.

great variety kind staff
the breakfast had great variety and was delicious. the staff were kind and helpful. i found the room comfortable and well-equipped. the beach was beautiful (i spent most of my time there!).

fantastic getaway!
spacious rooms attentive housekeeping polite staff special breakfast
I enjoyed the spacious rooms. The housekeeping team was attentive and added personalized touches during cleaning. the reception and valet staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay! punam and sagar really made the breakfast buffet special, always catering to my needs. the management deserves praise for creating such a great environment.
the adult pool water could have been a bit warmer for swimming, especially during windy days.

The service standards impressed me. Staff greeted me with smiles upon arrival. they addressed my needs efficiently and professionally, always ready to assist. the hotel provided fast and reliable wi-fi connectivity, a great convenience.

i spent time at the beach. it featured soft, white sand and crystal-clear water, really refreshing. the hotel boasts a kids' pool in addition to an adult pool. the hotel is clean and quiet!

lovely variety knowledgeable bartender
the breakfast buffet offered a lovely variety with seating available outside , i found the central bar had knowledgeable bartenders and a great atmosphere. the pool and beach setting felt excellent.
the poolside service could have been more proactive , and i sometimes longed for a more attentive presence during those sun-soaked hours.
